  • Internally. we may share your Personal Information within 100% Dance and within any subsidiaries or affiliates to the extent permitted by law.

Our contractors and service include shipping companies, distribution services, payment service providers and software, financial institutions, website developers, IT services, email marketing platforms, social media marketing tools, and email and website service providers. Any information shared with these third-parties is for a purpose related to 100% Dance, such as business development efforts, performing marketing activities, notifying customers of Products or availability of Services, deliver and notify you of your order, and conduct surveys. 
  • Financial institutions. Financial and credit card institutions to process payments, billing providers and payment gateways, hosting companies, web developers, internet service providers, customer service providers, customer support specialists, fulfilment and delivery companies.
  • Legal purposes. Third parties in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations or legal processes, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect or enforce our rights.
  • With Your Consent. We may also, with your permission, use or share your Personal Information for a specific purpose.
  • Any other person or organisation that we advise you of or which you would reasonably expect.

  • Overseas Transfer

 

Your Personal Information may be transferred overseas or stored overseas for a variety of reasons. It is not possible to identify each and every country to which your Personal Information may be sent. We will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
