This ensures we can represent you accurately for casting opportunities, which are often scheduled well in advance.

Self-Tapes & Preparation

Performance Development

Ongoing training and development are important for continued representation and successful submissions.

Please keep us informed of your current training, progress, and any areas of interest so we can best support your career development.

Headshots

Keeping your headshots current is essential, as casting directors and clients expect to see an accurate representation of how you look today.

We require all talent to maintain up-to-date headshots to ensure strong representation across casting submissions and agency materials.

Update requirements:

  • Every 12 months for performers under 18
  • Every 2 years for performers 18 and over
  • Anytime there is a significant change in your appearance

Headshot sessions

We hold quarterly headshot sessions for all represented talent to ensure consistency, quality, and ease of updating your material.

We will notify talent when upcoming sessions become available.

Important information

Headshots are a key part of your professional representation with 100% DANCE Talent Management. Only agency-approved headshots are used for official representation across casting submissions and agency materials.

This ensures all talent are presented consistently in line with casting standards and agency requirements.
