Jess is the founder and creative director of 100% DANCE studio in Sydney
which she opened in 2007 to share her love and knowledge of dance. 

Her expansive list of choreography and performance achievements include TV
work for NETFLIX “Motown Magic”, “The Morning Show”, ABC series “Hardball” and “Good Game” plus commercials for “Love Island”, The Kyle and Jacqui O show, KFC and Startrack Express.

Live entertainment opening for Iggy Azalea, performing at the Opera house with Junkyard Beats, NRL Bulldogs and Wests Tigers cheerleaders and Runway shows for Sass and Bide.

Corporate work for Lululemon, BONDS, Under Armour, Janssen, Crown Group and SES Australia.
Music videos for Gideon Benson, Krystie Steve, Olivia Foai, and Miss French.

Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UNSW majoring in Theatre and
Performance and completed a Certificate IV in Dance at ED5 International. She is also faculty at the esteemed Sydney Dance Company studios and frequently teaches workshops around Australia.

Dominique’s training and experience as a professional commercial dancer has seen her dance for multiple music videos, corporate events and stage shows.  

Dominique has been working and teaching in the industry for just over a decade. She grew up training at Constant Groove Dance Studio where she trained 10 hours a week from the age of 12 with performance groups and solo competitions. When she was 18, she completed her Certificate IV in Dance at Brent Street in 2016 and has continued to broaden her training including the prestigious Dream Show /Business course in 2018 run by Marko Panzic and Katie Sanchez.

Dominique’s performance credits include working as the assistant/dancer/choreographer to grand illusionist Jack Daniels. Dance and choreography for the entertainment company Immaculate Productions since 2018 including live performances and music videos. Dancer in Milan Ring’s Music Video ‘Pick Me Up’ choreographed by Sela Vai, Dancer for the Optus Awards Night 2021, Assistant Choreographer/Dancer for the Google float – Mardi Gras Parade 2023 and a variety of dancer/choreographer jobs for 100% Dance Entertainment since 2021, just to name a few.

Dominique’s studio management/teaching responsibilities at 100% Dance make her a wonderful role model for our students wanting a career in the performing arts both on stage and in the studio.

Some of Niki’s Highlight include performing with Samba Brazil Entertainment, One Dance Collective, Dance Dr, Girls on Tap AU, LOcREado at Bingo Loco events and with artists such as Cher, The Frocks, Nick Broadhurst, Brad Cox, Eros, Tonie Christian, Jo Cooper, Tonight Alive and Dany Eliya. A big passion of Niki’s is teaching and choreography and Niki also works as a choreographer for Dance Dr. We are so excited to have Niki at 100% Dance and share her knowledge with our students .

Lauren is our bright and bubbly Acro and Cheerleading teacher at 100% DANCE. She is currently an NRL Canterbury Bulldogs Cheerleader with the Sapphires and recently won Sapphire of the year. Lauren has completed her diploma in Dance at the prestigious Ev and Bow training academy and we know you are going to love her as much as we do!

Caitlyn Carlson is a professional dancer, showgirl and magician from the Gold Coast, Australia. She grew up at Happy Feet Performance Academy where her love of dance and entertainment was quickly fostered into a professional career. 
Caitlyn has performed for Nickelodeon, Sesame Street, as well as the second half of world class ‘Magic Two’ double act. While touring Australia as Magicians Assistant, she has continued to teach the next generation of dancers and choreographing pieces for performing arts schools in her home town. 
Since moving to Sydney in 2025, Caitlyn has joined the Sydney Showboats Follies dancing each night on the world’s most dazzling harbour. She’s thrilled to be apart of the 100% Dance Team and share her joy of dance and performing with her students!

Sophia’s love for dance started at just 4 years old, 17 years later her passion for the arts has just continued to grow stronger & stronger. She spent most of her life training at C5 Dance Studio & then completed a year of the full-time training program in the 100% DANCE PRO Course – specialising in a variety of different styles including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, acro & acting. She also teaches Physical Culture so her love for technique really shines throughout her work. 

Sophia has performed throughout Sydney for events such as Inspiring Vacation’s – Greatest Travel Show, Event’s Uncovered, Bondi Festival Of The Winds, Multiple Randwick Races Performance’s, Multiple Easter Show/Family Show performance’s & Multiple Football Nrl & Soccer games throughout the years. 

Teaching is a passion of Sophia’s, she loves  sharing her knowledge & is always bringing her kind, bubbly charisma to every class. We are so excited for you to meet her! 

Raquel Cannon is a highly respected artist in her own right with years of experience in film, television and live entertainment.

Raquel holds an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts and has trained extensively at Sydney Acting Studio and The Actors Station.

Raquel’s credits include her role as an Actress, Dancer and Choreographer on the acclaimed feature film “Love you Like That”, A role in Shiseido’s makeup TVC, work as an extra on “The Invisible Man” and guest appearances on Channel 10’s “The Living Room”.

Through her experience,  Raquel has developed a keen eye for talent and understands the nuances of working in the entertainment industry. She is looking forward to nurturing our unique and dedicated talent at 100% DANCE Talent Management.
